Residential Bridge Finance:- University College London (Main Office) submitted a development application for the construction of a new campus on the site Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, University College London, Stratford, London, E20 2ST. The application is at the stage of outline planning. This is privately funded Brownfield Site project.

Residential Bridge Finance

This project will begin in the first quarter of 2019 and it will finish construction in the first quarter of 2020. Upon completion, the project will cover a floor area of 62000 square meters and a site area of 5.6 Ha. The construction will include 670 student beds. The new campus, known as UCL East, will be constructed in two phases across two adjacent sites; Marshgate and Pool Street. It will be an academic development, consisting of research spaces, retail units and 670 beds for students, along with surface car parking.

London Borough of Newham and London Legacy Development Corporation will be the associated developers with University College London. Mr Clive Gray of Nicholas Hare Architects will be the lead architect on this project, and he will be joined by architects from Stanton Williams and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. Miss Rebecca Burnhams of Deloitte Real Estate will be the primary planner on this project. Kim Wilkie Associates is the lead landscape architecture firm, while Arcadis Head Office and AECOM are the Quantity Surveyors.

Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy services will be provided by Hilson Moran Partnership, and Structural engineering consultancy will be conducted by AKT 2. Buro Happold is the lead consultant firm for Civil engineering and Flood risk assessment.

Tyrens UK and Atelier Ten will consult in the fields of Transport and Sustainability respectively. Arup Head Office will be the lead contractors for the Mechanical and electrical engineering development. WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) is the project manager for this entire project.
