Property Bridging Loan News: Kudos to London & Argyll Developments Limited for gaining planning for the Palmerston Court construction project at the site Palmerston Court, Palmerston Way, South Lambeth, London, SW8 4AJ. This privately funded Brownfield site project will begin construction in the first quarter of 2019 and finish the construction process in the first quarter of 2024 in a period of 60 months. This part of the project will cost £30,000,000, Kudos will use development finance to provide further funds for this project.

A total of 3 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. The net retail floor space for the project will be 4109.3 square meters.
Feilden Clegg Bradley Architects will fill the role of the primary architecture firm. They will be joined by DP9 Planning Consultants and LDA Design which will act as the lead planner firm and landscape architecture firm for the development respectively.
Waterman Building Services Limited will offer their consultancy services for structural and civil engineering. The primary transport consultant will be Caneparo Associates. GVA will act as the project manager for the project.
