Online Equity Fund News:– Oxley Holdings Limited has submitted an application for the development of residential houses and commercial property on the site Royal Wharf, North Woolwich Road, Silvertown, Victoria Dock, London, E16 2BG. An estimated cost of £25M will be used in the construction of mixed-use development of 12 storeys, comprising of 314 units. This project is a new build, which means that the construction will be commenced upon the previously vacant property. The council of Newham has awarded the subcontract to the application, while a detailed approval is still in process.

The project will begin development in early October 2017 and finish construction in 24 months in early October 2019. 4 structures consisting of housing units, rising as high as 12 storeys, will be developed for this project. It will consist of 314 residential units. 138 one bedroom flats, 105 two bedroom flats, 63 three bedroom flats, and 4 four bedroom flats will be featured in this project. The structure will cover a floor area of 1113 square meters. The entire development will offer 162 parking spaces for the residents. The development finance will also feature a ground restaurant, basement car parking, landscaping and playgrounds.
Glenn Howells Architects have been chosen to act as the primary architecture firm for the project, while Rolfe Judd Group Practice will be the primary planner for the development. Townshend Landscape Architects will join the development as the primary landscape architect. O’Connor Sutton Cronin will offer their consultancy services in the aspects of mechanical & electrical engineering, and structural engineering. The project manager for the entire development will be Roundstone Construction Services Limited and Ballymore Properties.
Ballymore Properties will join the development as the primary contractor. Galldris Construction Limited is the primary civils subcontractor for the entire development. Galldris Construction Limited has won the subcontracts for groundworks, foundations, and landscaping. The scaffolding subcontract has been assigned to Artel Scaffolding. The leading mechanical and plumbing subcontractors are Emico Limited. Harrison Electrical Services has been awarded the subcontracts for electrical services, fire protection, and security services. Prater Limited Head Office has won the subcontracts for windows, doors, and external walls. Emico Limited will also be responsible for heating & ventilation. The primary joinery subcontractor is Ruddy Joinery & Fit-Out Limited.
