Chippies and Bricklayers Should be Encouraged to Migrate to the UK

Development Finance News:- Building trade bodies have called on the Government to prioritise migration of key construction workers once the UK leaves Europe. Bricklayers, carpenters, engineers, electricians, planners, plant operators, production managers, surveyors and structural engineers are among the 18 skilled roles in short supply. House Prices see Modest year-on-year Growth for Feb

Residential Development Finance News:- Annual house prices increased by just 0.4 per cent for the year finishing at the end of February 2019, according to the Nationwide index. However, there was a slight 0.1 per cent dip in house prices for February with the average figure at  £211,304 compared with  £211,996 in January. Council’s Need to Raise their Housing Delivery Game

Repossession Claims Increase After Decades of Going Down

Online Development Finance:- Mortgage repossessions claims in county courts jumped by 30 per cent in the final quarter of 2018  compared with the previous year, according to Ministry of Justice figures. Demand Outstrips Supply for Prime Office Space in Leeds

First-time Buyers Reaches a 12-year High

Planning Appeal Inquiry Times Could be Cut by Five Months or More
