Smaller developers key to boosting quality housing delivery in Scotland

Construction output falls for sixth consecutive month

SME builders keep headcounts low amid unpredictable economic conditions

Small building companies are halting staff increases despite increasing workloads as political uncertainty mounts, according to the Federation of Master Builders' latest trade survey.
