This will be a redevelopment for residential purpose on the site. The will cost £14,800,000 to build, Galliard will use development finance to cover the cost and free cash for other projects.

This project is privately funded, and it has been categorized as a Brownfield Site project, which means that it will mainly consist of the demolition and redevelopment of the previous infrastructure. The current building will be demolished to erect 331 flats with associated works.

Starting from July 2018, and finishing in November 2020, the client will finish the project in 28 months. 331 new residential units will be developed for the residents. Alan Camp Architects will take over the duties of the lead architecture firm, while they will be joined by Maven Plan Limited, which will act as the lead planner firm for the redevelopment process.

CJ O’Shea Group Limited has won a significant number of subcontracts, such as foundations, groundworks and the primary basic subcontracts.
