An application for the development of commercial offices at Curtain Road, Shoreditch, Hackney, London, EC2A 3PQ has been submitted by Galliard Homes Limited Head Office. The application has received subcontract approval, but it is still awaiting detailed approval. This is a general contractor, and the project has been categorized as Brownfield Site project.

The project will start in January 2018 and finish in January 2020. The estimated coverage of floor area for this project is 23250 square meters, whereas the entire site area will cover 1.02 Ha. 2 structures will be erected during this development, and the entire project will be 13 storeys high. It will provide accommodation for retail units, commercial offices and business environments. It will feature 115 parking spaces for the employees. Other features of this development include restaurants, bars, pubs, canteens, surface car parking and decorative landscapes.
The Estate Office Shoreditch AKA Corsham Estates Limited and Investec Bank are the associated developers of this project. Mr John Drew of Perkins & Will is the lead architect of the entire project, and he will be assisted by the lead planner of the project, Mr David Reid of Montagu Evans LLP. Ms Martha Alker of Townshend Landscape Architects will join this project as the lead landscape architect.
Buro Happold will provide their consultancy services in the areas of Structural engineering and Civil engineering, while Hurley Palmer Flatt will assist with the consultancy services for Mechanical and Electrical engineering. Mr Paul Boden of Hanover Cube and Mr Paul Webber of DML are the project managers for the project.
Keltbray Limited Head Office holds the subcontracts for Civil construction, foundations construction, groundworks construction and landscaping. The scaffolding subcontract has been awarded to GKR Scaffolding.
