Commercial Loan Providers News:-Telford Homes Plc has submitted a development application for the mixed construction of 337 flats and 1750 square meters of light industrial area. The project is still pending contract and details approval, and the cost of development is £95M. This privately funded development will commence at the site Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 6ND. This Brownfield site project will involve demolition of the existing real estate on the land and construction of 337 units over an area of 1750 square meters.

The development will comprise of 10 storeys, including 152 one bed houses, 127 two bed houses and 58 three bed houses. The development will also feature 19 parking spaces. This private development will include light and high tech industrial construction, warehouses and storage building for industrial purposes. Furthermore, decorative landscaping will include commercial and estate routes. Surface car parking will be a part of this project, along with flats and residential apartments.

The services included in this private development range from passenger lifts and fire escapes to CCTV monitoring, facing brickwork and facing blockwork for the wall cladding. Upgraded access, new access, soft and hard landscaping, earthworks and scaffolding will be involved in the project. Surface car parking, road surfacing and footpaths will be included for the comfort of the residents. The project is set to begin in the third quarter of 2018, and the estimated end time is the fourth quarter of 2021.

Telford Homes Plc is the lead client on this project, and Parkdale Investments Limited will join them as an associated developer. Designed by DLA Architecture, a robust design has been submitted along with the application. Mr Alex Luria and Mr Chris Levett are the lead architects of the proposed designs. Farrer Huxley Associates, led by Mr Bruno Amador, is in charge of landscape architecture of the development. Mr Mark Hoskins is the point of contact at NTR Planning Limited, which is acting as a planner in this project. Gardiner & Theobald will be responsible for quantity surveys.

The consultancy in the areas of mechanical and electrical engineering, structural engineering and civil engineering will be provided by Cundall Johnston and Partners, Elliott Wood Partnership and Buro Happold respectively. The management group includes Gardiner & Theobald and Faithful+Gould Limited Head Office. The entire project will be led by commercial loan providers and contractors Telford Homes Plc.
