£142m infrastructure investment for 8,500 new homes in Woking and Truro

House prices up by more than 5 per cent, reveals Halifax house price index

Developers’ levies to be made speedier and more transparent

Residential Developments Grow In May

Residential developments were the only part of the construction industry to grow in May, according to figures from the Purchasing Managers Index, PMI. Rise in demand for prime London spots, reports Knight Frank

New home figures rise by more than 20 per cent, says NHBC

A total of 13,527 new homes were registered to be built in the UK in April - a 21 per cent year-on-year increase, reports the National Housing Building Council, NHBC. Glasgow tops property house price growth

Property Finance News:- Glasgow posted the strongest year-on-year growth in prices for April increasing by 5.1 per cent to £125,200, according to Zoopla's UK cities house price index.
