Edinburgh house price growth sluggish in June

Development Finance News:- The Scottish capital's annual house price growth slowed to 4.3 per cent in June, down from 7.6 per cent at the end of the first quarter of 2019, according to Knight Frank analysis. Northern Ireland shows 5.2 per cent house price rise for June

UK house prices revive in April

The average UK house is now valued at £228,903 with April figures showing a 0.7 per cent increase on March's data. Homes England hits nine-year high for new house starts

Development Finance News:-Nearly 46,000 new houses were started on site on schemes managed by Homes England last financial year - the highest figure in nine years. The government's housing accelerator added that  40,289 houses were completed - the highest level in the last four years.
