This project will feature a new development of the infrastructure on a previously empty land.The client is still waiting for a detailed approval. The project will begin development in the third quarter of 2019. It will feature the development of 4 structures, consisting of 332 residential units. The structures will rise as high as 20 storeys. General offices, retail units, leisure units and public spaces will also be a part of the development.

The lead architecture firm will be Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners Limited (Head Office), while the primary planner will be Quod Planning Limited. John McAslan & Partners and Turner & Townsend will act as the primary landscape architecture firm and the primary quantity surveyor respectively. Mott MacDonald will provide consultancy services for sustainability. The project manager for the development of this entire project is Aspire Group.
