The council for this project is Manchester. The project will begin in the third quarter of 2019. 2 structures will be erected as high as 40 storeys. A total of 375 residential units will be developed for the residents. The floor and the site area for the project will be 32766 square meters and 7200 square meters respectively.
A total of 501 parking spaces will be featured in this development. 114 one, 223 two and 38 three bedroom apartments will also be developed. BREEAM Rating has already awarded an “Excellent” to the client.
The primary architecture firm for the entire development will be Simpson Haugh & Partners. The lead planner for the project will be Deloitte Real Estate. Planit Environment Development Consultants will fill the role of the lead landscape architect. AECOM will take the role of the quantity surveyor.
The primary consulting engineer for the Mech & Elec engineering fields will be Ridge & Partners LLP. The primary consultant for structural engineering, civils engineering, flood risk assessment will be Curtins Consulting Limited. The client will take help from the development finance loans to develop the project within the dedicated financial budget. RPS Group Plc Head Office will be the primary sustainability consultant.
