This will be a privately funded brownfield site project, which will involve the construction of new infrastructure after the demolition or refurbishment of the previous infrastructure. The client aims to finish the redevelopment within the deadline without any hindrances with the help of Non Status Bridging Finance loans.

Upon its completion, the project will cover a floor and site area of 10860 square meters and 1.4 Ha respectively. The newly constructed 3 structures for the redevelopment will rise up to 23 storeys high, and 1 storey will also be developed below the ground level. A total of 547 parking spaces will be made available to the residents. The development will also include a sky lounge, outdoor terrace, pocket park, gym, business center and parking. The client will use development finance loan to stabilize their construction processes.
