The client will stabilize this privately funded mixed brownfield site project, which will involve the demolition of the existing infrastructure before the construction of a new one.
The client will finish the redevelopment project in the 48 months. The entire development will cover a floor area and a site area of 46500 square meters and 8700 square meters respectively. The 3 new structures will rise as high as 39 storeys. The structures will consist of 421 residential units and offices for the client. 160 one bedroom houses, 216 two bedroom houses, and 45 three bedroom houses will be featured in this development. The development finance loans will also allow public realm improvements, open spaces, cycle links, and “sky gardens” to be developed in the project.
Commercial Bridge Loans
Skidmore Owings & Merrill has been assigned the role of the primary architecture firms for the development process. DP9 Planning Consultants will join the project as the lead planning consultants. Turkington Martin Studio has been chosen as the primary landscape architect.
Norman Disney & Young Limited and Arup Head Office will offer their consultancy services in the fields of Mech & Elec engineering and structural engineering respectively. The project manager for the entire process of development will be London & Regional Properties Limited.
