Equity Financing:- Walterton & Elgin Community Homes Limited submitted an application for the construction for residential use development on 16th November 2012. This Brownfield Site project is set to be constructed on the site Elgin Estate, Harrow Road, Maida Vale, London, W9 2HX. The subcontracted has been awarded for the application, while the detailed approval is still pending for this privately funded project. This project is the regeneration of the existing infrastructure on the land.

This project will begin in November 2017 and finish development in November 2019. Once completed, the project will feature 3 structures with 43 housing units for residential purposes, covering a floor area of 347 square meters and a site area of 4900 square meters. These structures will rise as high as 5 storeys. 10 one bed houses, 23 two bed houses, 8 three bed houses, and 2 four bed houses will be featured in this development. This development will involve surface car parking, shops, access and landscaping, and restaurants. A total of 10 parking spaces will be offered to the residents.

Buchanan Associates Architects has been chosen as the lead architect for this project, and they will be accompanied by Arborhelp, who will act as the primary Landscape architect firm. Philip Pank Partnership Head Office is the lead quantity surveyor for the project.

Design Group 3 LLP will provide its services in Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy, while they will also assist with consultation energy. Michael Barclay Partnership is the primary consultant for structural engineering. The lead sustainability consultant will be BBS Granite Concepts Limited.

The primary contractor is Pavehall Plc. Ground Specialists Limited has won the subcontracts for civils, foundations, and groundworks. Griffin Scaffolding London and Oakwood Plant Group will be the primary scaffolding and demolition subcontractor respectively.
