Online Bridging Loan News:- The client London Green Limited has submitted an official application to the council of Hillingdon for the develop of 144 flats at the site The Grand Union Office Park, Packet Boat Lane, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2GH. The subcontract has been awarded to the application, they have now gained detailed approval. This project is a privately funded development, and it has been categorized as a Brownfield Project.

Online Bridging Loan – HZA

The development will take place in the duration of 18 months, from October 2016 to April 2018. The entire development will cover a site area of 1.4808 Ha. 4 structures, rising as high as 5 storeys, and consisting of 144 residential flats will be erected during this development. 63 one bedroom flats, 53 two bedroom flats, and 28 three bedroom flats will be constructed for the structures. A total of 251 parking spaces will be developed for the residents.

Chassay & Last Architects and Andmore Planning Limited will join the development as the lead architecture firm and the lead planner firm. Turkington Martin Studio has been chosen as the primary landscape architecture firm.
