Commercial Refurbishment Loan:-Baltic Consortium has submitted an official application for the development of 93 residential and commercial units at the site Station Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 4LQ.

This is a privately funded Brownfield Site project, which will involve demolition and conversion of existing infrastructure before the construction of the new project. The application is still pending detailed approval. The floor area for the entire development is 2160 square meters, while the complete site area is 2.2 Ha. A total of 93 units will be developed for this project. The project will feature one, two and three bedroom houses along with general and retail offices and decorative landscaping.

Stephen Lavin of RAL Architects Limited has been assigned the duties of the lead architect for the project. Richard Moffat of Lambert Smith Hampton will join this project as the primary planner. Liz Lake Associates is the lead landscape architecture firm for the development.
