Circleplanes Development has officially submitted a proposal and application for the development of twin towers at the site 20 Blackfriars Road, Southwark, London, SE1 8NY. The application is in the stage of detailed approval and tender acceptation. The will be a privately funded Brownfield Site project, which will result in the construction of new infrastructure on a previously empty real estate property.

The total duration for this project is 48 months, and upon final development, the entire construction will cover a floor area of 83915 square meters. Since the application design includes the construction of twin towers, 2 structures will be constructed above the ground level.

The first tower will have 23 storeys above the ground level, and 1 storey below the ground level, while for the second tower, 42 storeys will be developed above the ground level, while 1 storey will be constructed below the ground level. These twin towers will feature residential flats and general purposes offices with decorative landscaping.

Wilkinson Eyre Architects Head Office will join the project as the lead architecture firm, while DP9 Planning Consultants will join them as the primary planners for this project. EHA Group is among the top bidders for the development of this project.

The developers and investors of the New Twin Tower Project can avail easy and hassle-free capital from Hank Zarihs Associates for making their infrastructure goal a huge success.
