London Bridging Finance:- Head has submitted a development application for the construction of an Office Workplace at the site Airwork House, 35 Piccadilly, Westminster, London, W1J 0LP. The application is still in the stage of detailed planning. This Brownfield site project will involve demolition of existing structure, in order to construct new structures. Once completed, the floor area for this project will cover 5099 square meters, while the entire site area will cover 600 square meters.

This Brownfield site project will involve the construction of one main structure, with 8 storeys above ground and 2 storeys below the ground level. Upon finishing, the structure will include general offices, restaurants, pubs, bars, commercial kitchens and food retailing units. The café and food retailing units with being constructed in the basement of the structure.
The Crown Estate Head Office who manage all estate for the queen has appointed architect DSDHA, who has previously worked on Vesta House, Olympic Village which was a monumental project for the 2012 Olympics. We will have our fingers crossed that planning will be gained shortly due to the building needing a revamp.
Mr Samuel Myatt of DSDHA will be the lead architect, while Ms Laura Elias will be heading CBRE Limited Head Office as the primary planner of this project. Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy and Sustainability consultancy for the project will be provided by Mecserve PLC.
Price and Myers will act as the lead firm for proving consultancy services in the department of Structural engineering and Flood Risk Assessment.
