Instant Bridging Finance:-Plans for the new state-of-the-art Football stadium For Chelsea FC which will be situated at Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London have been granted detailed planning from Hammersmith Council.

The original application was sent November 2015, Construction works are expected to commence following the conclusion of the 2019-20 football season and works are expected to be on site for a period of up to 4 years. The site will comprise of 60,000 seats which will cost a whopping £1BN. The council has moved to block any plans for any injunctions to be brought against the current planning application allowing the scheme to be progressed. For the start of 2024/25 season.

The primary client on this project is Chelsea Football Club, is led by Mr. Paul Heagren. The site owner and ground landlords are Chelsea Pitch Owners c/o Frankham Consultancy.  AECOM will be acting as the primary planner, landscape architecture firm and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultants for the project. Structural Engineering consultancy services will be provided by Eckerlsey O’Callaghan, WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) and Schlaich Bergermann & Partner. AECOM and WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) will assist with Civil engineering consultancy.

WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) will also provide Sustainability consultancy services. The development manager Mr Paul Mitchell of Arcadis Head Office will be in the management group of this project. The master planner will be Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, viewing their past projects, for example, the world-class indoor sports centre for the University of Birmingham we have no doubt this will be a stadium to withstand the test of time.
